Welcome at
PARTNERS4
I facilitate gathering empirical evidence and identify leverage for change of organizational practices.
I facilitate the process of building the critical skills and competencies proven to elevate women leaders and make organizations thrive.
I support learning experts to develop the needed skill set to manage conflict, succeed in an intercultural work environment, and understand how to make meaningful change.
My name is Michaela Bristol-Faulhammer, founder and proprietor of Partners4, a successful firm for personal consulting both within Austria and internationally in scope, since 2005. Together with my network partners we are Partners4 Coaching, Consulting, and Applied Research.
The Women in Power course helped me to realize that gender bias is real and not only happening to me, both by using real-world data and direct interaction with other female leaders. The course strengthened my knowledge and confidence in the topic and equipped me with tools and vocabulary to speak up in the future. Definite recommendation for all early-career leaders - and men should do one as well!

Thanks to Michaela`s support we managed to create an innovative and fun learning environment for our negotiators. Using a game based technology they benefit from feedback loops that secures immediate learning and application.
Maria Rieder, head of administration and education management, Bildungsmanagement, Federal Government of Lower Austria
Coaching with Michaela is truly beneficial, because it helps me understand the hidden dynamics of power and influence and work my way through difficult situations.
Veronika Gaube, PhD
Michaela and her team helped us to design and facilitated a 2 days online summer school for 200 people. Thanks to her experience in online learning, she created a unique, engaging and lively event for our participants. Not only did we receive very positive feedback about the way Michaela presented the content in an online environment. But people also appreciated that they were able to interact with facilitator and co-learners and how this new way of learning afforded building new capacities.
Mag. Eva Stundner, Department for schools and pre-schools, Lower Austrian government
Thanks to Michaela`s facilitation of our team building we get to understand group dynamics on a theoretical and practical level. Thanks to her interventions we experienced the impact of potential discrimination and power dynamics within our team. She also supported our team to enhance trust and collaboration and to identify crucial steps in our work as the committee for Equal Opportunities at University of Vienna. Thanks to Michaela appreciative collaboration we received important impulses and a good amount of motivation and confidence to continue working in our goals to achieve equal opportunity and anti-discrimination.
Dr.in Susanne Hochreiter, Head of Committee for Equal Opportunities at University of Vienna.
Over the past two years, Michaela`s hands-on approach has provided us with new perspectives relevant for conducting and implementing a successful change management process at our institute. Crucial and time-critical was her support to adapt our home office policies due to new and urgent requirements because of the pandemic. I commend her for her methodological thinking and for her persistent work to get things done.
