LMAP values coaching is an educational intervention to facilitate meaningful change for individuals, teams, and organizations. Based on an online ranking, individuals identify their Life Journey Map, which informs them about their individual and group’s Values Map. The aim of LJMap values coaching is to develop values literacy and in turn, understanding how their values influence their decision-making and problem-solving.

A phase model was developed jointly with the sponsor. The first phase was to measure the values on the middle and top management levels and to understand the values maps of individuals and management group. Following this step, value maps among different management levels were compared and prioritized according to the organizational vision and a mission statement was developed. Finally, the mission statement was translated into observable behaviour for management level and workforce, and behaviour measures and processes were aligned.
