SYSTEMIC CONSULTING CURRICULUM

This program accompanies people who have a predominantly advisory role in their organisation.
We support them in learning solution-oriented consulting, understanding interrelations, recognizing team and group dynamics, handling situations of conflict and change, and in setting priorities. A good consultant is characterized by positive problem-solving competences and confidence in handling difficult situations.


Our Concept
Our support for internal consultants encourages the development of individual, reflected and effective performance in the consulting role and anchors practicability and sustainability by:

  • attendance over a period of 6 months
